How do I book a Covid-19 vaccine appointment if I live in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire?

From Friday (April 23), the public can book their Covid-19 vaccine by calling 119 or visiting the National Booking Website.

The National Booking Website will allow you to book a vaccine at the Local Vaccination Services which were previously on the Swiftqueue website.

Why has the booking moved to the National Booking Website?

The move from Swiftqueue to the National Booking Website will make the process easier for the public.

Can I still use Swiftqueue or the local booking number?

No. Swiftqueue will no longer be used for booking first dose appointments in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

However, if you have an appointment already booked via Swiftqueue and need to amend, change or cancel you can do so online if you booked your appointment online or by contacting the local booking team on 0115 883 4640 between 8am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) or 9am – 1pm (Sat-Sun).

Local ‘pop up’ sites will still be available to book via Swiftqueue. The link to book at these sites will be shared with key groups.

What about my second appointment?

Your second appointment will have been booked when you made your first appointment. Nothing will change to this appointment.

How do I book using the National Booking website?

Who can now book by using the National Booking Website?

Currently, the booking system is open to all those ages 45 and over, carers and those who are classed as clinically vulnerable and clinically extremely vulnerable. If you are eligible, please book an appointment by calling 119 or visiting the National Booking Website.

I am struggling to travel to a vaccination centre – what can I do?

We are working with volunteer drivers and taxi companies to take people to their appointment.

This free of charge service is available to those in vulnerable groups and anyone who is geographically or socially isolated.

Please telephone the Booking Centre on 0115 883 4640 between 8am – 6pm (Mon to Fri) and 9am-1pm (Sat to Sun) and ask for transport support.

Who can I talk to if I have any questions or concerns?

We are working closely with the local councils during the pandemic. The County Council are supporting us with managing requests for information and assistance related to the vaccine rollout so if you have any questions that are not answered by the information here please contact enquiries@nottscc.gov.uk or call 0300 500 80 80.
