You have a chance to win tickets to watch cricket at Trent Bridge by grabbing a jab between Monday 9 and Sunday 15 August.

Anyone who has their first vaccination at one of our Nottingham and Nottinghamshire sites as a walk-in or pre-booked appointment, are eligible to enter the draw. Find our sites here.

You could win tickets to see the Royal London Cup Final on Thursday 19 August 2021 at 13:00 at Trent Bridge.

  1. Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1.1. Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or over who receives their first vaccination in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire between 9 and 15 August.
This excludes employees of the NHS and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

1.2. The prize for the prize draw is: (a) 4 tickets to the Royal London Cup Final on Thursday 19 August 2021 at 13:00 at Trent Bridge. The tickets cannot be exchanged for an alternative event or date.

1.3. Entrants are not required to supply this information to enter the competition, but the winner will need to produce copies of the following documents to the CCG before they will be awarded the prize (the prize will not be given to a winner who fails to do so):
a) proof of identity with picture;
b) proof of a first COVID-19 vaccination: vaccination having been received by that entrant between Monday 9 and Sunday 15 August (inclusive) in a walk-in vaccination centre, to the reasonable satisfaction of the CCG which will include evidence provided via the NHS app or a vaccine certificate.

1.4. No purchase is necessary for participation in this prize draw.

1.5. Only one entry per person.

1.6. The closing time for entries is 23:59 on Sunday 15 August July 2021 (“the Closing Date”).

1.7. Entries to the prize draw must be made on the official online entry form. You must click the ‘I Agree’ icon to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. The CCG shall not be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the prize draw.

1.8. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 16 August.

1.9. The first winner drawn will win tickets to the cricket match.

1.10. You must be contactable by phone on Monday 16 August. We will call the winner on Monday, if the call is not answered, we will leave a voicemail requiring them to call back within 1 hour if they wish to accept the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not call back within this timeframe, a new winner will be drawn and the prize will be reallocated.

1.11. The cricket tickets will be provided digitally. The winner must be able to collect them digitally. No paper alternative will be supplied.

1.12. The winner will be responsible for travelling to the event. The CCG will not meet any costs associated with travel to and from the match, or while at the match.

1.13. The Promoter of the prize draw is NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG. The decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

1.14. There is no cash alternative to prizes.

1.15. In the event of the cricket match being cancelled, an alternative prize will be arranged.

1.16. Clicking the tick-box ‘I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions’ will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. The CCG reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

1.17. This competition is not associated with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club or the teams playing in the match.

1.18. The winner must abide by the rules of the cricket ground.

1.19. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

1.20. Privacy statement – Your personal information will be properly safeguarded and processed in accordance with the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The CCG will process your personal information for the sole purpose of administering this competition, informing you if you have won and if so, issuing your prize. The CCG will delete your personal data within five working days from the date all prizes have been awarded and collected by the winner. The CCG will not retain or otherwise process any of the personal data associated with the documents identified in paragraph three of these Terms and Conditions.
